  4. A single low-volume factory can produce 5,000 modules per day.  A single high-volume factory can produce over 20,000 modules per day.  That is apx 80 houses per day, 20,000 PA.  15 factories could supply the entire UK housing market.

  5. Modules are mass produced off-site. Manufacturing process is modular and production quantities are scalable.

  6. Investment is scaled to align with demand so that there is a positive cashflow, at all times.

  7. Compliant interface system design, available to supplier partners.  Potential for 1000’s of compliant products – exterior, interior, technology, fittings etc.
